Puma ForeverRun Nitro running shoes

The Puma ForeverRun Nitro Running Shoe is a versatile, comfortable, stable running shoe with good breathability and a flexible midsole. It is primarily a good choice for runners who are looking for a comfortable but dynamic running shoe for their longer runs, but as it is well-cushioned and comfortable for recovery runs as well.

The upper of the Puma ForeverRun Nitro running shoe is made up of a two-layer mesh material reinforced with PWRTAPE stiffening layers. PWRTAPE technology is all about reinforcing the foot support only where it’s needed, so the running shoe won’t be unnecessarily heavy. The tongue is less cushioned, wide and fixed on both sides so it won’t slip sideways. There is a pull strap on the heel which helps a lot when putting the shoe on. The heel section is stiffened by the Run Guide System, which is an external plastic-rubber cover. This technology provides stability as well as good heel support. The upper provides good foot support, which adds to stability, but can be a little tight for those with wider feet.

The midsole of the Puma ForeverRun Nitro running shoe is made up of two different densities of Nitrogen injected EVA foam (Nitrogen injection makes the EVA foam that makes up the midsole lighter).
